Engaging our attention to experience peace

 

« Breathing is meditation for people who can’t meditate »

We will engage our mind practicing some simple exercises and breathing techniques.
My goal is to teach you:

–     To pay more attention to your body and what you feel

–     To focus your mind on the present moment

–     To learn how to clear your mind from repetitive thoughts

–     To increase your level of energy after few exercises

–     To gain in calmness – STILLNESS – and in relaxation – SERENITY

YOU WILL INVEST 60 MINUTES IN YOUR WHOLE BODY.
