The participants are invited to explore how they can create silence through slow movements and breathing. By paying attention to the body and by engaging the noisy mind in slow pace exercises, they will experience calmness and increase body’s sensations and perception. Through the body they will be more silent. The aim is also to teach the participants some easy exercises they could practice by themselves afterwards.
